There are changes coming to the rental and application process.

  • The lease dates are changing! Now we lease from September 15th to May 15th. These are hard dates and we are not able to accommodate leasing outside these dates. Subletting is a violation of the Burlingame lease agreement and may result in termination of your lease or ineligibility to lease in the future.

  • The application dates are changing! The application process opens on April 1st. After applying you will be put on a waitlist. Beginning in May, we will start offering units to applicants.

  • APCHA approval. If you are offered housing, you will receive a lease with a unit number from Dropbox Sign (i.e. HelloSign). You will have 72 hours to accept the offer by signing the lease. If you do not sign within a 72-hour timeframe, the offer of housing will be rescinded and an offer is made to the next application on the waitlist. You will use your lease as proof of an offer of housing to secure APCHA approval.

  • Finalize your lease. Once you have secured APCHA approval, please upload it here. After we have received this approval, you will be invited into the tenant portal and can pay your deposit – which will be first month, last month, and security. When funds have been received, management will countersign your lease and upload the fully executed copy to the tenant portal for your reference.
